Will these logs make me pass a health inspection?

No template can guarantee that. They help you keep consistent records. Requirements vary by state and county - check with your local health department, whose rules take priority over the FDA Food Code values printed on the logs.

Where do the temperatures come from?

The U.S. FDA Food Code 2022, with section numbers printed on each log (e.g., cold holding 41°F, §3-501.16; 2-stage cooling, §3-501.14). It's a model code; your jurisdiction may have adopted an older edition or different values.

What formats do I get?

Print-ready PDF (US Letter), editable Word .docx and Excel .xlsx. Google Docs/Sheets and LibreOffice open them too.

Can I add my logo or change items?

Yes - edit the DOCX or XLSX versions.

How do I get the files?
