Kitchen Log Kit is operated by a sole proprietor in California, USA. Purchase grants a license to use, edit and print the templates for your own business (all locations you own). You may not resell or redistribute the files.

The templates are provided "as is" for record-keeping. They are not legal, regulatory or food-safety consulting advice. Values reference the FDA Food Code 2022; your state or local health department may require different practices, and you are responsible for complying with them. Liability is limited to the amount you paid.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Governing law: California.
